Paul, you should mention that the PSA POP on this card is only 27 total, and this is one of the only two 8.5's WITH NONE GRADED HIGHER. SGC has only graded 6, so the total KNOWN population on this card is 33. This is the best example in the hobby. Good luck with the sale man. Awesome card.
