I think people are talking about the issue when the picture is directly linked (from the forum elsewhere - not attached) in the post. This post has two images linked in the body.
One of these is from http://net54baseball.com and the other is from http://www.net54baseball.com. The way the cookies are stored for authentication to the forum on your system each site is treated separately. If you are logged into the non-www version (net54baseball.com) you won't see the second one - just the first. If you're logged into the www version (www.net54baseball.com) you'll see the second one only. If you're logged into both, you'll see both. Ideally there should be a web server level redirection from one to the other so that everyone is logged into to the forum on the same domain.
