Depends on service level
They received a shipment from me on 1/24. Two invoices were for more expensive cards with 1 and 2 day turnaround. Both of those invoices were logged on 1/25.
I had a cheaper level invoice in the same shipment that has not been logged yet and probably won't be before next week. On cheaper levels they are back logged but they seem to be on top of the more expensive service orders.
