I manage and lease historic office buildings for a living... and as you can imagine, we do a lot of demo and renovating once the spaces are leased out or in some cases purchased.
All are mostly civil war era-1950’s.... Never seen a trace a baseball card, but we’ve found all kinds of awesome stuff in walls, under floors, in attics/equipment rooms. Historical documents, original pictures, original floor plans/drawings of the buildings and of course antique furniture and chandeliers.
