First of all, welcome to the soccer forum.
I think there are two reasons why this pack didn't go for too high: 1) A lot of collectors don't like buying ungraded packs since some of them have been opened and then resealed. If it had been in a PSA holder, I am pretty sure it would've gone for more. 2) The 78' Crack Maradona is not his rookie.
