I've always thought, since I joined the site back in 2016, that SGC graded cards more "tough" than PSA.

I am not sure how many do it, but I remember reading of one on here who purchases SGC cards then resubmits them to PSA looking for a higher grade.

The last one, IIRC, was successful where an SGC 5, for example, came back a 6 or higher from PSA. $$$
