Does anyone recognize this sliver of a 1962 card?

1969 Topps Brady Bunch
1960 Fleer Casper the Ghost
1966 Topps Football
1966 Topps Hockey

But... my guess is it's either a printer's marking on the side of a sheet or an odd print defect.
