Wow, that is crazy! Almost a guarantee that one of the two is a fraud - but which is it?

It's interesting, but if I was purchasing a modern 1/1 like this I would never think to check for it being a forgery. I buy lots of vintage soccer from around the globe and am frequently suspect, but I never have thought to be concerned with a modern issue like this.

Can you post links to the sites where you found this?

You should see if you can get those guys with WorthPoint accounts who tracked down the T206 auto forgeries to run a search on who sold these cards. If they made this one, they likely made more and if there is one group of folks who can track it down, it'd be the Net54 crew. Maybe Leon would even move the thread to the main forum to get more eyeballs on it for you.
