I think a lot of the lull people are experiencing is typical during the summer months. We get busy with other projects, Vacations, events, etc.
It's when the cold weather hits and cabin fever kicks in. I bet it'll be business as usual for most by the winter season? Especially if there are opportunities for good deals!
