WOW. This E98 Cobb, which exact card “sold” just a month ago, just closed for $20,900, which, according to VCP, is BY FAR the lowest this card in this grade has sold for since at least 2013 (see below).

Why would those who have no problems with the integrity of the PSA Registry and grading have any reason to question the integrity and pricing on VCP?
You pay for both services, don’t you? Isn’t Brent in competition with VCP with his Marketplace sales data, which no doubt includes unconsummated sales as well. Regardless of your station in the hobby, be wary of all sellers, TPGs, pricing data and auction houses and evaluate each with a jaundiced eye.  Just PM me when you find one that’s squeaky clean. I’ll leave a light on for you. I’m still looking.
