If you are buying for resale you first need to figure out what you believe you can sell the cards for. After you figure your selling prices then you need to know what percentage you need to work with considering overhead and time.
If you are buying for your own collection then what are you comfortable paying. With the information provided I don't believe I would give more than $150 if I am reselling. Maybe $225 -250 if I am going to add them to my collection. Just the thoughts from more of a collector not so much a seller.
