Believe it to be 1908 souvenir
Doug, I think these are pages from a September 1908 from New York for the first printers baseball tournament for the Morning Newspaper Baseball League.
There is a rare book dealer with a complete copy for sale and a cover illustration which shows the exact same shape including holes for binding at the end. I am sorry I don’t know how to add a website reference, but I this is what I thought I had seen. It is possible you have another year or whatever, but I am pretty sure this is what is. The book dealer is very high end and has had his item for years, the price he has it listed for complete is 2500. His description notes he was unable to locate any other copies in any of the major libraries. If you can’t find it or have an interest in contacting the dealer, please let me know and I can give you the information and some help with dealing with him.
