Default Savatage \,,/(>_<)\,,/

Great Savatage story Doug! I’m a big Savatage fan. Their STREETS album was the first CD I bought when I started switching from buying tapes to CD. And Hall of the Mtn King is a great great album!

It’s great that there are a good amount of Metalheads on the board.

This is a great thread for many reasons, I will add another one.

I had not picked up a guitar is at least 2 years. After seeing the ones Tony posted I got one of mine out and did some playing yesterday. Wrist and fingers started cramping after about 15 minutes. Luckily that went away and I messed around with it yesterday and some this morning.

Way better than binge watching TV or just playing on the net.

I agree Ben. I've got to sit down and get some playing time in to!

I don't play, but thinking about John Bush / Armored Saint led me to youtube and his appearance with Metallica and I ended up with a neck / back ache from watching the Mercyful Fate appearance from the same show...

My blackberry takes crap photos...

I’m a Pearl Jam freak, so I jumped at the opportunity to buy handwritten “Jeremy” chalk poster used in the music video. The story goes that Eddie Vedder wrote words in chalk then they green screened the words into the video. I am so psyched. The dark black photos are screen grabs from the video, and the chalk matches perfectly.

Not sure if PJ is a bit beyond this post but I wanted to share regardless. Anyone with tips on how to frame it, let me know...
