The Johnny Unitas rookie from this set was my second 'big ticket' card purchase (after the '57 Brooks Robinson). I later sold it when I was trying to finance my grad school costs and as soon as it was gone I regretted it. I vowed that I pick up another one and I did a few years later.
It's really a fun set, looks nice in a binder. I considered chasing it a while back and bought a small lot to get started. But I've never pursued it. Maybe once I get these other projects done I'll look at it again. I have the Colts and about 25 others. I never think of Night Train Lane with the Cards, or Rams for that matter. He was a Lion when I first began following the NFL.
