The Browns, I've seen a few times. The first time was a long time ago, before I could bring myself to spend more than $150 on a pennant, so I didn't even try. Then, about three years ago on ebay, and I thought I had a rock solid bid only to see it sell for about $500 more. It ended up going for close to $1300. Clean Sweep had one in even better condition a couple years ago, but I wasn't interested in spending over $1300 when there were other pennants in the auction that I wanted and it ended up selling for only $750, which was lower than my bid in the ebay auction a year earlier. So...Long story short...I don't have either. ![]()

Again ... if the winner is anyone on the board, I got a swell custom frame specifically for this pennant ...

It's been a while since I posted anything over on Pennant Fever. The past three months of sheltering-in-place has afforded me the time to write some new content. This week I posted a story on Keezer Mfg. Co., a fairly well known and much admired pennant maker based in New England. You can find it here:
https://pennantfever.weebly.com/blog.../keezer-mfg-co Additionally, you'll find new content over on Pennant Factory, including a ca. 1960 Oakland Raiders (AFL) pennant re-make; and a ca. 1950s Collegiate of Ames "Mascot banner" re-make that both turned out nicely. See: https://pennantfactory.weebly.com/ As many of you know, there's not a lot of places to look for information on these companies and their products. I rely heavily on you all for much of what I know. So, for those of you that contribute to this thread on a daily basis, or kindly allowed me to use your photos, THANK YOU. KB

Question for the group. What's the best way to reattach a photo to a picture pennant? I picked up a small collection this past weekend and 2 of the picture pennants came with the photos detached.

This should do it - any clear glue stick. Not anything like crazy glue. It won’t show through to the other side. And I would only put a little bit on the edges or corners.

Also because they are well made, the stitching doesn’t come loose and this keeps the tassels attached. Nothing beats Trench as far as the designs, though ...

As I wait to see what else Fballguy found in his Spring cleaning, I'll add this photo (not mine) to the ongoing collection of old pennant photos.
