‘73 Topps color variation
Sorry if this is already been covered in detail before, I know there was a similar thread a while back discussing variations on manager / coach cards.
Am I the only one that hadn’t noticed this? The picture looks totally different... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That seemed to happen a lot with 1973's. I always just figured it was different times in the print run. If it's printed early in the run, there is lots of ink and everything is a bit too dark. Later on in the run, everything is starting to look washed out as the ink becomes depleted.
