I don't know. Maybe I'm in the minority here, but we paid a lot less for our house (and I think we have a really nice house), then what people are paying for some of these cards.
We paid a pretty penny to have a full inspection done, hire an attorney to look for liens and put together the proper paperwork, have the water tested and hired a surveyor to double check the boundary lines.........so we knew we were getting exactly what we paid for. I would think somebody bidding 1/2 million+ bucks on a card could be bothered to enlarge the pictures (or send a request to see bigger pictures) to see exactly what they're getting, regardless of what the number says on the slab.
