Unfortunately The Governor or Mayor Will have the Final Say, Not The National Committee. THE KEY IS 4, "We will adhere to the guidelines provided by the State of Illinois and the City of Rosemont"
Will they have to limit the amount of patrons per day? Maybe have a lottery for which day that people are allowed to attend based on the number amount of tickets....IDK ? I don't see how they're going to be allowed to let an undefined number of people attend each day, IMO it's going to have to be limited each day based on the numbers.
