Just won this off the Bay...to me it looks like a scrap given the uneven cut and off centeredness of the back. Thoughts on this? I don't have it in hand yet.

Bill, it’s tough to see from the pic, but at least one edge looks a little wonky. I don’t think the OC on the back is relevant. Regardless, I don’t feel comfortable opining on your query, but there are plenty on here who will.
