As someone who’s team is named after laundry, and not even fancy top layer laundry, I find this hard to get up in arms about.

I don't like the new name. If they were going to go with something boring then they should have just renamed the team the Cleveland Meh's.

I was at Progressive Field tonight. When they announced the new name before the game, most of the crowd booed. I don’t care either way. But I can tell you after living 25+ years overseas, my experience back in the country is everyone is afraid….. about everything. Thank god for baseball though. Come October 4 we are leaving and will be back first week of April for the next season.

My first thought when I read this on the internet was, "What a stupid name". Teams should let the fans come up with a name. Oh well.
