I bid on their most recent auction and won a couple of lots.
During the process I messaged them a couple of times and they were super responsive and helpful. I also asked them about shipping costs and the quote I got for one of the lots was super reasonable. Will reserve judgment until the items arrive, but I've been happy with their approach to this point.
