Of course, the only way to know for sure would be to see the back, which isn't possible in this case.
Seeing the back is not the only way to know for sure that this is a Milton Bradley.

The best and simplest way to determine whether a 68 Ryan is a Topps or MB card is an easy to spot indicator on the front of the card. There is a splotch of black ink in the letter “T” in the word “STARS” - every MB will show that black splotch.

Some are confused with the distance of the white line from the black border line on left edge of Koosman (i.e. - the width of “burlap” in between the while and black). The amount of burlap you see here is consistent with every other MB Ryan. Sometimes there is a significantly wider amount of burlap between the back and white - the wider burlap cards are regular Topps cards and not MBs.

It looks like a Ryan MB because it is a Ryan MB.
