I had posted more detail about it on the blowout forum. The short version is I left myself exposed with lack of insurance with usps and the packages were scanned as 'delivered' to SGC's pickup pile on July 30th. But when SGC was there and going through that day's pickups, they reported that package as not actually being there. So a usps employee scanned it like they were putting it in SGC's pickup pile...and then it vanished.
