Cool glove. That's a late 1920's JC Higgins (Sears) youth model glove. Below is a snip from the 1927 catalog but I'm sure it was made for a few years. Although there's not a ton of collector value in youth models, a GCA is still desirable. I'd say it's worth $150ish on the high side. Nice find.
