What's up with the "convenience" fee many companies charge for me paying online on their site?
Ya it's more convenient than writing a check and sending it in the mail or trying to call them and going through many layers of automation...but it also saves them tons of $$$$ hiring people to take my payment and/or people to harass me to pay my bill? It's a BS money grab imho!
