No doubt from the Ted Patterson collection. Ted had a basement full of things like this. A 50-year Baltimore radio and TV sports personality, Ted's obsessive autograph collecting resulted in MLB creating the "Ted Patterson" rule whereby members of the media were prohibited from asking players for autographs.
