Yet another Mays question

After reading about bad Willie Mays autos I guess I'm nervous about this one. PSA slabbed it but nobody is perfect. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have seen a couple of them that have been authenticated by the TPGs, but I believe they are all wife signed TTM. I've got one that I sent to him back in the late 1980s. The circle over the 'i's and the top of the 'W' are the tell-tale signs.
