Back in the days when I could afford it, I was really into celebrity checks. I have a couple of Ralph Kiner checks I think you'll get a kick out of seeing. In chronological order...

April 1, 1979: a check for $1,062.60, with the dollar amount written as "Ten Hundred" instead of "One Thousand."

November 23, 1983: a check made out to himself, signed four times: twice on the front, and twice on the back.

(At the time I originally posted these images to the photo sharing website Flickr, Mr. Kiner was still alive, so I digitally removed the routing numbers from the images for security purposes.)
