looks like material is something called durene fabric which was popular in hockey jerseys 60'-80's and C patch looks chenille which was quite popular in 70's
i would say circa the 70's in my opinion and will not have a ton of value especially if it is small in size. if a bigger adult size it would be more collectible
i would say without knowing who the team is value is less than $100
