There are 1st rows in every section of Yankee Stadium. Field level 1st row in a seat or chair, as was designated at Yankee Stadium in 1941 would hold a slight premium. If you look at some of the threads that discuss Joe Dimaggio streak tickets ( which include yours) you will see some of the variations.
I would think that condition plays a greater part in value for this particular ticket. Followed by scarcity some who collect Gehrig are interested in the different colors on the stripes where again the more expensive the rarer the stripe. Hope this helps J
