The biggest "problem" with those 1991 vintage cards put into packs is,,,, there was no way to identify they were older cards. I had a friend pull a 1989 common in 1991 from a pack and if there had been some stamp *as Topps has done ever since* the cards would have had value in 1991 and still today
Instead if you pull a 1989 common from a 1991 pack it's worth the same 5 cents it was in 1989, 1991, 2001. 2012. 2024,... Regards Rich
