 Turns out I was just the local POs choice to have come in to talk to. I know and hang out with a few of the PO employees so they knew I wasn't trying to commit fraud in any way. I live in a small(12K) town and even here they have had a lot of mail fraud lately. Anyway I purchased shipping through eBay but for some reason the label just had Priority Mail instead of Small Flat Rate Priority Box on it. Not sure why but when I purchased the label through eBay it didn't even give me the option for anything but regular Priority shipping with no flat rate options. So I just put in the dimensions/weight of the small flat rate box.
