If no other information emerges, I would research "Fasson" and its connection to the adhesive sticker giant Avery, who seems to own it/them now.
Were they their own company before being swallowed up? Otherwise, wouldn't the Avery trademark be on it instead of "Fasson"? It may help point to an estimated date of origin.
