I’ve seen similar cards before, though not this particular example. They’re somewhat uncommon; however, they are typically only collected by a small portion of hobbyists. To those collectors, they’re quite desirable.
If your question is in regards to the value (premium, multiplier, etc.) these cards usually carry, it’s not tremendously significant. Cards like this do carry a premium, sure. Just not nearly the premium most sellers place on them. Star power helps, though. It opens the pool of prospective buyers up a bit. Player collectors who otherwise wouldn’t chase print errors will occasionally pick up cards like this.
