I hope this helps. I have a rookie card autographed by someone other than the person on the card. The autograph and card are both graded. The label reflects the card grade, autograph grade, and the name of the signer. The card is a 9 and autograph is a 7. It is listed in the PSA/DNA pop report as a signed card, graded a 9. The pop report does not reflect the person that autographed the card.
