I am not sure that the Kayo signature cards ever made it into the packs. They are unspeakably rare but have been known to exist for a long time. A small cache of them surfaced several years ago and virtually nothing since then. I picked up a few of them:
  I think I still have at least one, maybe two of them. We should do a thread on rare-as-f**k modern boxing. Might be interesting.
