Hey Bullgill, I don't know why anyone would want to send them to PSA / SGC with sleeves in the first place. Sleeves just create one more thing for the grader to snag a premium on, and mess up a corner, and therefore mess up your grade, and eventual value.

Pack them tightly with rubber bands (BUT NOT TOO TIGHT), then place a piece of painter's tape over the openings of the stack, with the tape end double-stuck together to make it EASY for the grader to handle (and not inadvertently screw up a premium). Just keep it simple, but simply keep it secure.
