Nice set Charlie. Congrats!
What is that black and white Nolan Ryan next to the Pete Rose candy lid?

Alan and Bill, thanks for showing your keys and scorecard. Not sure I saw the 83 scorecard before.

Day 301 – 28 October 2024
This is an update from a previous post where I showed you my collection of Gorsuch House Restaurant items. I previously showed you the framed items including the drink stirrers, menu, napkin, match book(s), business card, and pictures of both Eddie and Brooks Robinson. Today I am happy to show you my ash tray from the Gorsuch House. I really like the orange face with the advertisement / restaurant information. This one eluded me for years but finally found it. Happy to put it on the top shelf in my curio cabinet with some of my favorite Brooks items.

Default 1985 Greatest Moments Orioles Invite Post Card Signed

Day 302 – 29 October 2024
Today I am showing you a post card size post card to Ted Patterson inviting him to the Greatest Moment in Orioles History. There was a exhibition depicting the five greatest moments in modern Orioles history as selected by fans. The Exhibit was open during 21 Dec 85 – 6 Apr 86 at the Babe Ruth Birthplace / Orioles Museum on 216 Emory Street, Baltimore Maryland. I imagine this invite was for the Press Opening on 20 Dec 85. The front of the post card has a picture signed by Brooks, McNally and Etch celebrating the 1966 sweep of the Dodgers in the Fall Classic.

Cool postcard Charles! We should do a 5 greatest moments in Orioles history and share items related after you’ve completed your year of Brooksie.
