This recently happened to me as a buyer. I had bought several times from the same seller, then one day the 10-day limit error message popped up.
Seller had no idea of the setting and said he has no recollection of even being told about it. He tried to “reset” it for a few days, to no avail. We just had to wait the 10 days to do the next deal. Weird. Hasn’t happened since.
