Happy holidays everyone. Tomorrow I host my first Thanksgiving ever, and today I'm in urgent care being tested for COVID and Flu because I have bronchitis. Last time I had bronchitis in 2011 it was nasty, popping ribs and the whole shebang. Crossing my fingers for a lighter battle this time. But, I thought I'd show you the turkey I'm cooking up.
