Today I'm unpacking my suitcases of cards that were going to go to my old warehouse at the first warning (which thankfully never expanded the mile and half to my house).
First packed were three registry sets: 1910 Obak; 1960 Topps baseball, 1959 Morrell set. Then I pulled my 1958-1962 baseball binders. I focused on sentimental value rather than monetary value. Then it dawned on me to throw in some valuable cards. Tough calls. In the aftermath, I'm becoming mindful of what I own of my collection, and what of it owns me. The latter ones are going on the auction block soon.
