Not sure if it is his son, and definitely does not pre-date the Southworth card, which I have always liked as well), but the below 1936 R314 Goudey Wide Pens card of Ethan Allen always makes me smile, and Ethan Allen was a lifetime .300 hitter, so my recent scan will also be added to those two respective threads.
I have never had the opportunity to post the same scan in more than two threads, so taking advantage of this while the gettin' is good. Brian |
