eBAY Standard Envelope Tracking not receiving scan updates

Starting last Thursday, none of the 200 +/- ESE mailings I have sent out have received an origin "scan" at my local sort center nor have they received any scan updates at all.

However, some of my ESE mailings from last week have since received feedback from buyers who have confirmed receipt. So not only are ESEs not receiving origin scans they are also not receiving destination/delivered updates yet are (thankfully) being delivered.

I looked through several of my incoming ESE orders from last week and I see the same, no scan updates. The sellers confirmed they were sent.

Is anyone seeing anything different with their ESE mailings (incoming/outgoing)?

I have never shipped anything this way. The ones I've received are always hit or miss in terms of scanning.

I have also been hit or miss over the years in terms of scan updates with ESE mailings, but nothing such as this.

I contacted ebay and they indicated there is already an open support ticket for this issue. However, no public message from ebay to inform buyers (and sellers) as to why there are no scan updates with the ESE mailings has been made. This is kind of surprising as this issue started over a week ago now.

Everything I have mailed in the last month has been wonky. I think they are trying out new routes. I have never once had a package go to ND unless I mailed it there. Now everything I mail is going through Fargo and taking 2 to 3 weeks to get delivered. Luckily the few things I have sold have been to great buyers that have not complained about the delays.

It's just going to get a lot uglier guys. If you thought DeJoy was bad news, whoever replaces him will make absolute mincemeat of the place.

We just can't have nice things.
