Well, that could be our answer.
If they actually thought that this piece is near mint or better, then whoever wrote the description seems like they need some lessons on grading raw cards.

Looks good to me. It would be interesting to know if the other raw T3s were all kicked back, since they all seem to be listed as near mint or better.

I agree, but of a mess for the seller if that happened as I recall looking at quite of few of them and they were no where near mint
