The autograph is certified by both PSA and Historic Autographs. Basically, they went around buying signed Perez-Steele postcards, then applied their own backing to them and got them slabbed by PSA to double down on the autograph authenticity. Then they sealed them in boxes and resold them. Do they owe anything to Perez-Steele? Probably not.
