Bob Neighbors Autograph Thoughts

I recently picked this up and wanted to get opinions. I haven't seen many autographs of Bob Neighbors but thought it looked good compared to others as well as the provenance of other members of the 1939 minor league team to include manager Walter Holke. Thanks in advance.

I love the Wingler documents. At the national i met the guy who discovered them. Wingler had passed away, and someone had called this dealer. He went to the house and there were boxes of these letters. Would love to find something like that today.
