Dropped off my COMC box and walked the room.
Lots of Pokemon. And I agree, would have been nice for the gaming tables to be together, so I could skip that section entirely. Surprising amount of vacant tables. I did notice that COVID pricing is still a plague for unopened product. Seeing boxes of 1990-91 Donruss for $25-35 was nuts. Bizarre seeing a table with 1981 Topps Traded Fernando Valenzuela cards, ungraded, listed for $80-135! What happened there? I can't imagine I'll hit another show in awhile. Since I'm only hunting for very specific cards, I could have probably spend hours wading through the boxes of singles and found nothing I need. I'll stick to online avenues since I'm not much for socializing or networking in person. |
