It looks like several different Dominican baseball card sets were produced during the decade of the 1960s. Most of these are made in thin cardboard and look to have been hand cut. The 2nd and 3rd images pictured above by sb1 are cards from the 1960s. The cards from the second image identified as Caramelo "Pelotero" are dated to the 1964-65 winter league. (Pictured below are examples from my PC)
The Maury Wills card pictured in the third image is identical to the cards listed in the Standard catalog as being from 1966. Additional research is needed to date the other sets pictured by sb1 but I am confident they would date from the 1960s.
