Hello Net54,
It’s been a while since I’ve posted but always found this site to be a great source for my favorite prewar set, the T205. I have decided to sell my partial set and was wondering if anyone has any advice or recommendations on auction houses vs eBay vs Net54 or maybe taking them to the next National. The average grade is about a 2.9 so we are not talking about Christie’s or Southerbys and 80% are SGC double digit style slabs with various backs. I have seen a few posts where people have been unsuccessful selling complete sets(because building is the fun part), so would it make more sense for HOF, SPs, and Errors go to auction and the rest private sale? Not trying to make a killing but maybe not wanting to make 200 trips to the Post Office! Thanks for taking the time to read. Last edited by smaidvd; 11-08-2025 at 10:15 PM. |
