Is it a) a copy? b) an original? c) a copy of an original that's not for sale? d) a copy of a copy of an original letter? or e) something else entirely?

BTW, what does PSA in the title have to do with this listing?

It sounds like it is a copy of the letter the Goudey sent out to collectors regarding this card.

PSA is in the title solely for people who do searches on "PSA" while on Ebay. It's keyword spamming, and can be quite annoying.
